Graphs
The graphs provide helpful visualization of data usage for many different aspects and categories of usage. Color-coded legends at the bottom of each graph help you understand what each piece of information represents.

At the top there are options to download the chart image to save it for use outside the Reporting Portal. There is also a toggle to show the graph in a stacked format.

Elements Usage Pie Graph
The Elements usage pie graph helps you understand how many units of Elements products your organization has consumed compared to other types of Elements products, in the selected time range. In the Elements usage pie graph, the full circle represents total usage and the “pieces of the pie” represent usage proportions for each Elements product category.

User Usage Chart
The User Usage chart is a heatmap-style chart that shows the amount of usage in each category for each user in your organization.

The shades of green represent higher or lower usage (darker green = higher usage, lighter green = lower usage). The legend on the right side of the chart shows what range of usage each shade of green represents. The scale is dynamic, which means it shifts and adapts to best represent your organization’s usage. There is a toggle at the top that allows you to shift whether to apply the scale in logarithmic format or linear.

You can change the category for which usage stats you’re viewing by using the drop down filter at the top right.

There is an option to export the chart as an image to save for use outside the Reporting Portal, and also an option to export the entire chart in CSV format. Note that the image export option will show the ten users visible on the current chart page, but the CSV export option will contain data for all users in the chart, even if they’re on different pages.

The dashboard or report for any individual user can be viewed by clicking on the dashboard button or report button in that user’s entry in the list.
