The Report tab in the Reporting Portal allows you to generate and export a table showing all types of usage for your organization. The information contained here is the same information shown in the Dashboard, but it is presented in a more simple, less visual format and is intended for more in-depth analysis.

This report can get fairly complex with all the potential permutations of data, so it is recommended to utilize the filters at the top to narrow down the report to show the specific information you need.

Each individual column of data in the report can be further filtered with advanced filter options.

Once you have created your report, you can use the Export CSV button at the top right corner of the screen to save this information to a CSV file for use outside the Reporting Portal. The CSV result will reflect the filter settings (including the filter settings from the top as well as the advanced filter settings applied to individual columns), so be sure you have these settings correct before exporting the report.
