Using the Vexcel Reporting Portal Dashboard
Filters
Across the top of the dashboard is a set of filters which can be used to select and filter the data you’d like to see in the graphs.
Note that applying filters may make some graphs redundant or extraneous, for example, if you choose to filter the data by only Blue Sky product usage, the “Elements Usage” graphs will not return any data.
Date Filter
The date filter allows you to select the time range you’d like to see data for. The default setting is usage from the last 30 days, but there are many options and even custom time frames can be set.
Region Filter
The region filter allows you to select which region of data you’d like to see usage for, for example, only US data or only Europe data.
Data Type Filter
The data type filter allows you to filter between imagery usage and Elements usage.
Product Filter
The product filter allows you to select which specific product(s) you’d like to see usage for, for example, Blue Sky imagery or Damage Reports.
Application Filter
The application filter allows you to filter usage by application, such as for the API, Viewer, or Map Control.
Graphs
The graphs provide helpful visualization of data usage for many different aspects and categories of usage.
Imagery Usage Charts
The imagery usage charts help you understand how many “units,” or tiles, of imagery your organization has consumed in the selected time range for the major imagery types, which are Blue Sky, Gray Sky, and Elevate (elevation model data).
Imagery Usage Line Graph
The imagery usage line graph helps you understand how many units of imagery your organization has consumed over time. In the imagery usage line graph, the X axis shows the date, and the Y axis shows the amount of tiles consumed.
Exact usage information can be gathered by hovering over any point on the graph.
At the top there are options to download the chart image to save it for use outside the Reporting Portal. There is also a toggle to show the graph in a stacked format.
Imagery Usage Pie Graph
The imagery usage pie graph helps you understand how many units of imagery your organization has consumed compared to other types of imagery, in the selected time range. In the imagery usage pie graph, the full circle represents total usage and the “pieces of the pie” represent usage proportions for each imagery category.
Exact usage information can be gathered by hovering over any section of the graph.
