Property and Location Information Tool

To open the Property and Location Information tool, search for a location or right click > get info for a place on the map.

When either of these actions is taken, the Property and Location Information tool opens and an info box appears with the following information:

  • The location’s address

  • The latitude and longitude for the location, in decimal degrees

  • The date and time when the image was captured, if imagery is available in that location. The time is given in the time zone of the image’s location, not your own current location.

This information can be copied by highlighting it and copying it, or by clicking on the copy icon in the upper right corner of the info box.

The Open image gallery option is available if there is imagery at the location. Note that this feature may appear as unavailable (grayed out) until you’ve zoomed in close enough to the location of interest. For documentation regarding this feature, please refer to the Image Gallery section.

Elements. The Property and Location Information enables access to Elements, which is detailed property information for the location of interest. For documentation regarding Elements, please refer to the Elements section.

If you pan away and lose your place on the map, click on the red pin next to the location’s information in the info box. The Viewer will return to that location.

The info box and location pin can be closed by clicking on the X in the top right corner of the info box.
